Please read this policy carefully before purchasing tickets or making a reservation for an event at Emotions Restaurant & Live Show, located inside the Hilton Hotel, Panama City. By purchasing a ticket or confirming a reservation, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.
All ticket sales are final. Emotions Restaurant & Live Show operates on a strict no refund, no exchange, and no credit policy. This policy applies to all ticket purchases made online, over the phone, or in person, and there are no exceptions.
Due to the intimate nature of our venue and the requirement to guarantee a high-quality live show experience, seating at Emotions Restaurant & Live Show is extremely limited.
Purchasing a ticket confirms your reserved seat for the specific show date and time.
Once a ticket is purchased, the seat is held exclusively for you, and its availability is removed from our limited inventory.
Payment Processing: All online credit card payments are processed through third-party financial institutions and banks. Emotions Restaurant & Live Show is not responsible for the policies, processing times, or fees of your bank or credit card provider regarding your transaction.
Confirmation: You are responsible for ensuring you receive a confirmation of your reservation and payment. If you do not receive a confirmation email, it may be due to various reasons (e.g., spam filters, incorrect email address provided). It is the client's sole responsibility to contact Emotions Restaurant & Live Show prior to the show date to verify the reservation and payment status. Failure to receive a confirmation email does not qualify for a refund.
We accept payments at the entrance based on availability. However, due to limited capacity, we cannot guarantee seating for walk-in clients.
Payment at the entrance is also subject to the No Refund Policy once the transaction is complete.
Emotions Restaurant & Live Show is a combined dining and theater venue.
In the event the main theater is at full capacity upon your arrival, or if you arrive late and the show has started, you may be asked to wait.
We welcome all guests to wait in the designated Sushi Bar area until the next show becomes available or an opening is cleared. Your ticket grants you entry to the venue and access to the show, but you may be subject to a waiting period depending on capacity. Waiting does not qualify for a refund.
In the extremely rare event that a show is canceled or significantly rescheduled by Emotions Restaurant & Live Show, we reserve the right to offer an alternative show date or an equivalent credit toward a future event. Even in the case of cancellation, a refund will not be issued; we will only provide an alternative resolution as determined by management.
By proceeding with your ticket purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this entire No Refund Ticket Sales Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not purchase a ticket.
